Interview Lists – Off the Top of My Head

Things are moving along, and I am very grateful. Now I need to build the list of people who I want to interview for this podcast. I have met some folks through various websites, and I would like for them to advertise what they are doing. I would prefer, of course, a graduate from an HBCU that marched in their band, but I understand that there is more knowledge out there to give to our youth. So anyone who is involved with music, providing leadership to youth, doing something to build our communities and/or someone who can give a positive influence and role model to our young people, I would like for you to help with this podcast. Since there is no professional band league, we need to get kids to think about what they will do after school is over. How will they give back to their communities? Here is the list that I made off the top of my head.

1. Tamala Jones
2. Born Foster
3. Josh Collins
4. Gerald Henderson
5. Moreh Smith
6. Samuel Glover
7. Michael McGruder
8. Duncan Gray
9. The Funky Fishing Show with Anthony Taylor and Hanief Saterfield
10. Mara Jean
11. Jalani Bakari
12. Maleta Wilson
13. Ron Duplessis
14. Gregory Johnson
15. Donyelle Walls
16. Cortez Bryant

The Funky Fishing Show, which is hosted by two of my fraternity brothers, is the only one on the list that is not on task per say, but two positive men doing a fishing show is the same idea that allowed me to create the radio podcast show for marching bands. So, with this in mind, I hope to hear from everyone.
